Our team has been engaged to deliver civil engineering services for Pandanus Springs, a boutique residential estate in Caboolture designed to provide a high-quality, connected living environment. Stage 1 successfully delivered 54 residential allotments, with Stage 2 currently underway as the development continues to grow.

Our involvement spans the post-construction phase of the project, including Superintendency and Contract Administration, preparation of As Constructed Drawings, RPEQ Civil Engineering Certification. By overseeing the successful delivery and certification of critical civil infrastructure, we are helping ensure each stage is completed to the required standards while supporting the seamless progression of this thoughtfully planned residential community.
