Leadership
Our directors; Tony and Cameron hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and are Registered Professional Engineers of Queensland (RPEQ). Peter is also qualified as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng). Cameron has specialist engineering skills in a wide range of areas within the Civil & Structural Engineering fields.
Tony Shelley
Director | Principal Civil Engineer
Founding Director, Tony Shelley is the Principal Civil Engineer and founded the company in 2011. Prior to that he spent six years as the Principal Civil Engineer and Director of Contour Consulting Engineers, Sunshine Coast and Caboolture.
Tony is a communicator and brings a collaborative approach and critical design analysis skills, in the context of construction. His ability to come up with solutions that are cost effective and efficient and his strong work ethic are a huge asset to any project. He has more than 30 years’ experience and has been involved in the design and delivery of major development projects in a wide range of industry sectors.
From 1990– 2005 he worked for Tate Professional Engineers (Sunshine Coast) firstly as a Civil Design and Draftsman and finishing up as a Civil Project Engineer and Associate Director. He began his career as a Civil and Structural Design Draftsman with Dan Jepsen & Associates (Sunshine Coast).

Cameron Landreth
Director | Engineer
Cameron joined us in 2012 as an Engineer and Director. He provides essential guidance in planning, design and documentation. His diverse skills in the Civil and Structural Engineering fields make him an asset to any project.
Cameron is known for his practical, out of the box solutions to complex issues. He is a people person and an expert at articulating design problems and solutions to all stakeholders including other consultants, local and state authorities and service providers.
He has an in-depth knowledge of urban residential, rural residential, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and public works projects. Prior to joining us he held roles in Drafting and Design Engineering with Des Newport and TOD Consulting Engineers.

Peter Barlow
Specialist Consultant
Peter Barlow is a highly experienced engineer and with a career spanning 40 years there are not many engineering problems he can’t solve.
Peter’s specialty has become sourcing engineering projects, supervising design of innovative civil and structural solutions and administering projects. He has delivered many major projects throughout Queensland and the Sunshine Coast since the mid 1970s including the Mantra Mooloolaba and M1 in Maroochydore.
Prior to joining us he spent five years as the Engineering Principal with Barlow Gregg VDM (Sunshine Coast). From 1981 – 2006 he was the Principal Structural Engineer and Director for Barlow Gregg & Associates (Sunshine Coast). Early in his career he held engineering roles with TOD Consulting Engineers and Cardno.
