Leadership
Our director; Tony Shelley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
Tony Shelley
Director | Principal Civil Engineer
Founding Director, Tony Shelley is the Principal Civil Engineer and founded the company in 2011. Prior to that he spent six years as the Principal Civil Engineer and Director of Contour Consulting Engineers, Sunshine Coast and Caboolture.
Tony is a communicator and brings a collaborative approach and critical design analysis skills, in the context of construction. His ability to come up with solutions that are cost effective and efficient and his strong work ethic are a huge asset to any project. He has more than 30 years’ experience and has been involved in the design and delivery of major development projects in a wide range of industry sectors.
From 1990– 2005 he worked for Tate Professional Engineers (Sunshine Coast) firstly as a Civil Design and Draftsman and finishing up as a Civil Project Engineer and Associate Director. He began his career as a Civil and Structural Design Draftsman with Dan Jepsen & Associates (Sunshine Coast).

Director and Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ, CPEng), delivering complex projects with technical expertise and strategic leadership.
Tim brings over 11 years of comprehensive engineering and project management experience, delivering diverse and complex projects across multiple disciplines. He has led both large-scale and smaller residential developments with a focus on efficiency and quality, managed significant and local road upgrade projects to enhance infrastructure, and designed community-focused public parks and recreational facilities.
With exceptional organizational skills, Tim excels in project management, coordinating complex work programs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. His ability to plan, prioritize, and manage resources effectively allows him to thrive not only in project delivery but also in his leadership and strategic responsibilities.
