Our team was engaged to deliver the civil engineering design for ALBA Residences, a contemporary townhouse development in Albany Creek. Our scope included the design of the internal road network, car parking areas, pedestrian pathways, site grading, stormwater drainage, and private water and sewer infrastructure. We also coordinated closely with the project consultants throughout the design process, prepared construction documentation, and managed the Operational Works application for external roadworks and stormwater drainage to Greensill Road. Through an integrated design approach, we have helped deliver the civil infrastructure required to support a functional, well-connected residential community.
